Library Scavenger Hunt: Teen Edition

Celebrate National Library Week by participating in our special scavenger hunt! Come anytime during the week from April 11th to the 16th. Turn in your scavenger hunt to enter into a prize drawing!

Think you're too young to learn about finances? Think again! Saving up for a car, college, or a cool present? Harold Phillips, Senior Vice President of Ozark bank will be at the library during Money Smart week to teach you some teen-savvy money tips.

Bristle Bots

Pre-registration starts: 4/14/16
Build your own robot using a toothbrush and a pager motor! Once you build your bot, enter them in an all-out brawl!

Are you ready for the theater release of Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice? It’s the ultimate standoff with two of Earth’s mightiest heroes. Who will win? Come watch the original 1989 Batman and the 1978 Superman films in anticipation of the brawl! Snacks will be provided.

OCTOBER

Murder Mystery in the Library: After Hours!
October 30th, 6-8 p.m.
Ages 12-18

Celebrate Halloween with a murder mystery night in the library after it closes. Come dressed in your Halloween best and be prepared to snoop, sleuth, and deduce your way through the library mystery. Prizes will be given to those who solve the mystery as well as for best costume.


NOTE: This is a library after hours program. All teens MUST be signed in by a guardian by 6:00 p.m. and may not leave before 8 p.m. without a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians are not permitted to stay in the library after the start of the program.
